Synopsis
Do we spare our beloved ones enough time? Can we express our love?
Elephant Graveyard tells the story of a couple living under the same roof but being lost in their own world of loneliness. This loneliness is shared with the elephants that may be living the last days of their lives.

Harika UYGUR
Harika Uygur was born in İstanbul in 1968. In the later years in school, she worked as Assistant Director for Osman F. Seden. In 1994, she joined IFR, one of the most important companies in film. After working as Assistant Director for Ezel Akay, she began working as a casting director in 1997. She completed “How to Agency Your Agency” workshop in Seattle Broadway Hall, and the “Black and White” photo workshop in Northwest photography center . She returned to Istanbul in 2000 and founded her own company as casting director. In 2009 she joined the International Cast Directors Network (ICDN), a part of the European Film Promotion (EFP). In 2012 she became a member of the Tursak Foundation. She attended author Yekta Kopan’s workshop called "Reading and Writing" for four terms. Since 2011 she has been giving lectures and workshops, "Casting Director’s Secrets", passing on her past experiences. She shot her first short film the "Elephant Graveyard" in 2013. She currently conducts numerous casting projects for TVC's,TV series, and cinema, and works on her own short films.
