Synopsis

Raffie Davtian’s first short film "We Can Doooo It" touches upon gender trouble.  The film is about an aged woman’s life, who longs for equal rights in society, but it is only realized in her dreams, as the realization of the dreams would mean immorality in the eyes of society.

In the film one can see well-known fine art symbols such as We Can Do It! pop art poster by J. Howard Miller,as well as men portrait series by Hakob Hovnanian, and  the main hero appears to be the pantheon’s custodian.

At the end a bust of a Roman woman appears with her famous hairstyle which symbolizes the wealthy stratum that the main hero belongs to and is to perform a role of a very conservative woman in society.
