Muhsin is a retired, simple man. He lives in an old house with his wife. One day, while he watches the news on television he sees his own mugshot. The reporter claims that Muhsin is the head of a terrorist group, and he is going to be killed during the protests that day…

Handan Erdil

Emin Akpınar (Ankara, 1982) lives in Istanbul. After receiving a degree in engineering, he studied film in New York Film Academy. He took part in many projects as assistant, cameraman, and photographer. South Pole is his first film.
