16-year-old Elene is a Georgian illegal immigrant who works at a tea plantation in Turkey. Feeling threatened by various encounters, she tries to be invisible in this foreign land. But it is not as easy as she thinks.

SEZEN KAYHAN

Huseyin Urcuk

 

Sezen Kayhan (Ankara, 1986) holds a B.A in Archaeology and Art History and an MA in Film and TV. Worked in various film and documentary projects in Turkey, Italy and the US. Attended Sarajevo Talents as a screenwriter. Her first short film Time of the Plums (2012) was screened in over seventy national and international film festivals including Tribeca, Palm Springs, Santa Barbara, Montreal World, Sofia International FF.
