“Actor” portrays distinguished actor Tuncel Kurtiz (1936 - 2013) and his 55 years in arts as an actor through the eyes of his close friends: Ayla Algan performed with him in Germany; Erkan Can acted with him in Director Ahmet Boyacıoğlu’s film “Black and White” (Siyah Beyaz); Derviş  Zaim was the director of “Somersault in a Coffin” (Tabutta Rovöşata); Sema Moritz and Kurtiz worked together in the Epic of Şeyh Bedrettin. Mehmet Eryılmaz tells us Tuncel Kurtiz’s multifaceted character both as a human and as an actor, and Prof. Dr. Bülent Vardar enlightens the audience about the actor's role in the history of Turkish Cinema.

Cagatay Celikbas


Çağatay Çelikbaş (Edremit, 1995) completed his primary and secondary education in Edremit, Balıkesir. In 2013 he started studying in Aegan University, Faculty of Communication in the field of radio, television and cinema where currently he is in his senior year. During this time he participated in many short film projects.
