Azad and his mother migrates to Istanbul. His mother locks the door on him when she goes to work every day. Azad, all alone at home, uses his creativity to spend time.

YAKUP TEKİNTANĞAÇ

Taylan Mintas

 

Yakup Tekintanğaç (Ağrı, 1980) received his bachelor’s degree from Yüzüncü Yıl University Department of Chemistry and completed his master’s in the USA in medical school biophysics. He also received training in script writing for three years in SEN-DER. He participated in film studies at Mesopotomia Film Collective for four years and worked with Hüseyin Kuzu. He is currently in the last year of his studies at Istanbul University Department of Philosophy. His first short film, “Qapsûl”, was a finalist in the 50th International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival, and was screened in many national and international film festivals.
