Synopsis


Cyprus, Famagusta/ Varosha 2013

After wars, many people do not see their neighbors ever again.

This film is about women that developed the culture of leaving flowers at the door of their neighbors and loved ones when they were unable to find them at home.

Many people have not accepted that they might not see their loved ones ever again. They still have hope...

Kamil SALDUN

Kamil SaldunKamil Saldun was born in Cyprus, in the city of Famagusta in 1986. He graduated from Eastern Mediterranean University, Faculty of Art and Science, Department of History in 2008. Later he obtained his Master’s Degree from the Faculty of Education from the same university in 2009.  Since 1999 he is involved in theatre as an actor. He has worked with several theater groups in Cyprus. Recently he has become an actor for the Famagusta Youth Center Theater group. He has participated in many theater festivals in Cyprus and Turkey. Besides theater, he works as a real estate consultant in a private company.  Since 2010 Kamil Saldun has also been working on different film projects as an actor, writer, producer and director. He has also participated in film festivals around the world and is currently producing films.
