Synopsis


Two men who attend the same bar fall in love with a mysterious young lady they see through the window. Both will love her in different ways...

M. Cem ÖZTÜFEKÇİ

M. Cem OztufekciBorn in 1985, M. Cem Öztüfekçi is a graduate of Robert College and Marmara University Fine Arts Film-TV Department. "Ayak Altinda” (Downstairs, 2007) won several awards in national and international festivals, including Best Film, Best Director and Best Cinematography. The movie also has been selected to the «Rencontres Henri Langlois» (2008) and to the «Festival Premiers Plans» in Angers (2009). “Downstairs” also received Best Short Film Award in the 2008 Boston Turkish Festival Documentary and Short Film Competition.  Cem Öztüfekçi produces and directs short films and also works as an assistant director and production manager on independent productions. He has participated in the workshop of the Golden Apricot Film Festival, supervised by Abbas Kiarostami in 2008, and in several international workshops. "Nolya" is his second short film as director.
