Director MURAD COBANOGLU:

Murad Cobanoglu was born in Sivas in 1980. In 1999 he won the exam of Mujdat Gezen Culture Centre named “authorship-creativity” and he graduated successfully in 2003. In the same school he worked approximately for two years as an assistant in the art history division. In 2003 he worked as the  director’s assistant in Artun Yeres’s documentary films produced by Umut Sanat, named “Hirosima 8:15, My Beauty Primitiveness P. Gaugin”, “The Grandchild of the God Leonardo Da Vinci”. He worked for  Marg TV, Eren Filmmaking and Medyavizyon as project assistant in 2004. He took responsibility of the production, management and coordination with Sezai Gulsen of The Cem Ceremony named “Invitation to Cem” organized by Cem Foundation in Abdi Ipekci Sports Hall in 2004. In 2004 he worked as dubbing director’s assistant for Promedya (Nur Sound Recording). He was assistant to the director working for the filming of “God’s Way” and “Can’t pay back mother’s right” in 2005. He worked for Cinemascope Film as an advertisement director in 2005. At the same time he worked for Sinepol Ajans as the casting director. He worked as the project coordinator for Irmak Produksiyon in 2005. He was the assistant to the director for the film entitled “Boxer” directed by Erbil Altanay and produced by Anatolia Film. Making short films was his dream since 2000 and realized  by Turkish Chat with his team friends in 2005. Throughout his education he tried to learn the  ideal cinema by working with cinema masters. He still continues his studies on short film, music video, and advertisement.
