Nuran, a teenage girl, returns home after being kidnapped and raped. One ordeal is over but a worse nightmare is just beginning.

Director ALP ASLAN ESENER:

Alp Aslan Esener was born in 1977. He graduated from film and media studies at Istanbul's Marmara University in 2001. He worked as a cameraman, reporter and producer for local and national TV broadcasters. He volunteered as a cameraman and reporter for Turkuaz TV in Canada. Thereafter, he graduated from the Advanced Television and Film Programme at the Sheridan College Institute Technology and Advance Learning in May 2005. He has directed several music videos and continues to make commercials. With Land of Broken Lives he won the Panavision Canada Academic Excellence Award Sheridan College.
