In terms of vineyards, Turkey
ranks fifth in the world. Wines which will be served are produced from the best domestic wine varieties of Turkey, such as Kalecik Karasi (most popular red wine variety of Turkey with its distinct violet color, full bodied and balanced flavor), Öküzgözü and Bogazkere (two of the best red wine varieties of Turkey), Narince (one of the most important local white wine variety of Turkey) by the Kavaklidere Winery.
